NO SERVICE FOR WEEKS!!!!!!

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get hold of someone on calls whatsapp emails and sms and nothing they are quick o take payments and block phones if the payments dont go through quick enough but they are not quick on their service i have purchased the item and yet still it is blocked after payments has been made. I am still waiting for unblocking and assistance
