No service at all non existent

Rentoza blocked my phone my phone I went to their office at lumley house in Rosebank and they refused to talk ,saying guests are not allowed but I had to show them the pop cause I can't send it they blocked my phone Wich I paid for ,they ignored my emails and Whatsapp and they don't take calls ,so I paid for a service I can't use ,
