NO SERVICE

I ordered a 18kg washing machine from these guys, I had to pay the first subscription amount immediately, they require you to sent them documents on a link that they provide via email, the link did not work properly and I struggled for days, after numerous emails with NO reply, I managed to upload the documents, I then received a whatsapp from them telling me I am approved and should sign the agreement, after I done that, again, NO RESPOSE at all, I tried contacting them numerous times again to get an ETA but still NO RESPONSE, I don't even know if I will get my money back or the machine i ordered.

I will make sure to leave a review on each and every platform that I can.
