No response and useless customer service. Don't bother with them

I had returned the fridge I had from them due to cost reasons. I was then billed a month later, and after that they started threatening me with legal action for another subscription I have, which never went off nor gave me notice of late payment. I eventually managed to settle that but all I got back for the fridge still being charged was a, "we are looking into this" a week ago. I have been what sapping emailing and trying to call for days and nothing... This is absolutely disgusting and you are the ones performing ******** acts now. I will be cancelling all my subscription and taking my own legal action if this is not rectified TODAY
