No refund no device

I am writing this review with such as a disappointed customer after having a great relationship with Rentoza for 3 years. My device was locked on the 2nd of February 2026, paid them on the 3rd of February but device was still locked. Sent several emails for assistance no help. Today the 23rd of March 2026 one of the drivers texts me for my address. I’ve sent a cancellation email and now things will be Dione on my terms No refund no device
