No product or Refund after 3 months

I placed an order on 3rd December 2024, eta was early January. I have still not received the product and all they did was send messages regarding supplier delays. I requested a refund a few weeks ago and they rep**** days later saying they're having issues with refunds. They have now resorted to not responding at all. I dont know whats going on with this company but it all seems very ****my and *********.
