No parcel ready for courier when trying to pick up

I got the confirmation that my order is ready for pick up. But after 3rd day and 3rd attempt I got notification from RAM couriers they canceled to try and pick up parcel due to failed attempts. And now when enquiring from Rentoza there is no response but they are very fast and receiving your payments and the verifications.This is unacceptable and now I do not know when I will receive it because no one is replying and there is no number to call and talk to a agent.I have the agents names with whom I talked to via emails.Very poor service!!
