No feedback and answers

Good day, After about 5 e-mails and 3 what's app's, no feedback is recieved. I paid on the 24/05/2024 for a debit change date an amout of R300 for the debit to go off on the 25/6 and not the 08/06, I wanted it to change the date to when I get funds in my bank account, but Retoza took R460 on the 24/05/2024 as well, so now I paid double and now I have no money for bread and milk for my kids. It doesn't work that way, you pay the R300 so they can adjust the debit date to later date not to earlier date. Req # ***. ***.
