No delivery and empty promises!

I made an order on the 23/11/2024, I paid the subscription money and got verified and was promised to get the fridge within 14 days but it's been more than a month now and I am yet to get the fridge delivered. They even deducted the money for December so which means I am paying for something I don't have 🙁
