NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

This will be our 2nd year with Rentoza. Last year we could still get through to consultants. These past 2 days have had no help whatsoever...get so far as being asked how can I help then nothing. Extremely rude and unprofessional. This will definitely be the last year we deal with Rentoza.
