No communication no customer service no respect for clients.....nightmare or worse company ever

Ive been making payments on my accounts every single month. My accounts are all up to date. Every day I get calls from attorneys and rentoza employees threatening me stating how my accounts are in arrears. And you can send the proof of payment and tell them thousands of times its not true its all up to date the next one will just come with there threads

Reported it to Rentoza and they said its a mistake and will sort it out and clear my name, but still same thing happens every single day
