My Refund

I'm really heartbroken with the frustrating experience at Rentoza. Their service fell far short of my expectations, both in terms of declining my application and the lengthy delay in processing my refund. Dealing with such situations can indeed be incredibly frustrating, especially when it involves something as essential as a cell phone device. It's disappointing when companies fail to meet their customers' needs and expectations, why take deposit if you still going to decline customers just doesn’t make any business sense approve customers first then upon approval deposit is required that is how you do business but if it is a **** you will do this Nonsense business because ****ming people and buying time with their money is their number 1 Priority also for refunds a Third party company deals with that very pathetic
