My phone is blocked with a message to contact the administrator

My subscription was debited from my account on the 31st Jan in the morning. When I tried to turn on my phone it had a prohibiting message that I should contact the administrator. Regardless of countless times I tried reaching out via emails tagged all email addresses to make it a priority message. I also sent text messages to their WhatsApp team, my issue remains unsolved today is the 4th day and no one has try to call me to fix the problem, I am the one to run after them sending messages. Sadly there is no number to call and speak to someone directly. Their WhatsApp team is not co-operating at all. Today I sent about 4-5 messages and no one bothers to respond. I sent them pictures of the message showing on my screen took a video showing them that I can not even put in my passcode as the screen remains blocked.
