My buyout finalised 31 March 2025, my final payment

My buyout finalised 31 March 2025, my final payment. Rentoza confirmed no further payments will be taken but tried to take another payment unsuccessfully and the device is now locked. I requested a pin to unlock the device as Rentoza should no longer have access to the device. Another Client, Igsaan Mahomed is experiencing the same issue.
