Money taken but verification declined

This company takes your money upfront without explaining that you don't actually necessarily qualify for the product you have ordered and paid for, 3 days later of back and forth trying to verify my account I am told I don't qualify and they cant tell me why either... my question is what is the point of rent to own then if I am still subjected to the same verification a bank would do?! Now I must just wait 12 days for my money back, doesn't matter how many emails I send or try to escalate the matter to no reply comes.

I want a refund! your website does not explain that there is a possibility you will be declined else I would never even have bothered, how can you first take money from people and then have to refund them?! This has the feeling of a type of ponzi scheme to me!
