Mlungisi- A service champion

I was so frustrated the other day when one of my subscriptions were not paid on time but my phone was locked as a result, irrespective of whether it was paid on time. The finance team did nothing to assist me, I could not even make payment due to the fact that I could not access my emails. I really don’t know what I would have done if Mlungisi had not stepped into help me. We need more and more people like him in this company. He promised that he would make sure that everything would be sorted and indeed it was.
