****MERS. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Worst experience ever!

They are running the biggest **** in the country. I ordered an iPhone 13 128GB on the 20th Sept. 2023, I paid R1490 and they said I'd get the device within 3-5 days. On the day they were supposed to ship the phone to me, I got a call from them saying they didn't have a new iPhone 13, however, they did have an old one with scratches (same price as the new phone), and I rejected it. So then they told me to wait another 3-5 days while they waited for new stock. When I checked with them a couple of days later, they offered me an iPhone 12, again at the same price as an iPhone 13. I complained to "Kenny" and he said to me ETA is 21 days, meaning I have to wait 21 more days to get the iPhone 13, but if you check the website they promise customers 3-5 days. Their model is a subscription model and that means a client has to make payments for every month that they use their products, but if you think about it, you have to pay for two months subscription before you can get the product you ordered. I asked for a refund and I was to wait at least 7 days to get my money back. DO NOT PAY YOUR MONEY TO THESE ****MERS!!
