End of August, I tried to place an order for a smart box. Before doing their bank verification they requested a payment of R130 which. I Paid then when they did the bank verification it was declined. It's been a month now that I have been struggling to get my refund and everytime I just get sent the auto response of 6-12 business days. I am so disgusted because I had a box before but everytime we would watch, it kept buffering and buffering to a point where I didn't pay for two months cause why must I pay for a faulty device also.
