I need to lay a complaint I am getting no joy from this company and they took my money I’ve logged so many emails they don’t respond and they don’t have a direct line to call only WhatsApp but that does not work as well it’s been almost a month of asking for my money back and there’s no response whatsoever
The company is Rentoza I subscribed and the amount that was taken was R310 in advance I did not hear anything from my order or any feedback regarding my refund I tried reversing the payment with my bank and no luck at all , I need my money back from this company they are the worst ever I mean they take your money and ghost you after that , they are ****mers and want nothing to do with them just my refund
