I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and resolution from this company. I have been waiting for my refund for over a month now, despite sending multiple emails, logging several support tickets, and following up consistently. Each time I reach out, I either receive no response or generic replies that do not address my issue. There has been no clear update, no timeline, and no accountability taken for the delay. At this point, I feel ignored as a customer. I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this directly, but the lack of communication has left me with no choice but to escalate publicly. I am requesting an immediate response and full refund confirmation with a clear payment date. I will update this review once the matter is resolved.
