****MERS And the most ********* business with the most terrible communication

My application was approved and signed the lease on the 31st Jan and the ETA for my appliance was the 3rd March. I had to be the one following up since they never said anything and upon endless emails from me and their automated responses they said the appliance stock will arrive on the 3rd week of March or earlier. Till this day I still do not have it. Yesterday they changed and said stock will be available in 6-8 weeks and I told them I cannot wait that long I have waited 2 months already. I told them I will put them into terms. They started suggestion that I cancel and get a refund which is 6-12 days. How? When there are clients who are saying they have been waiting for almost 5 months for their refund? Today they changed and said 6-12 weeks. Like what the hell? Am I an idiot. Those gaslighters keeps saying I can cancel and get a refund. What kind of business is this? So *********. I will be going to their offices. I am involving the police too cause I know they will resist. Their offices are a stone away from my work place. They will be damned if they think they will **** me.
