Subscription expired in February 2025,in May I sent and email to enquire about buying out the device Percy responded to say that it’s not yet the time to buy out.I finally got hold of my contract and confirmed that the contract expired in February 2025 and that Percy should have offered me a buy out then.I have paid over 14k and my buy out is R8.7k am told the money I paid cannot be paid towards my buy out and will not be refunded to me which is ********* and *******??what is a contract for if they are not going to stick to the terms and conditions???this is utter madness and nonsense..I demand to be refunded because I did enquire about the buy out option in April and your employee **** to me ..you expect me to continue to pay another buy out amount which I will not..In total I have paid R37k for an iPhone 15 ..which cost less than 30k on the market…I demand a refund and a certificate of ownership as in like today #171680
