Macbook upgrade

Overall the experience was good. The issue that I had was with the order of events, I app**** for the upgrade, supp**** all the documents and approval was given after which I made the first payment then I was requested to supply 3 months bank statements. I would prefer that all checks are provided before approval and payment.
