Locked phones but I paid

I paid my accounts but my phones if off for 2 days now. Have been sending proof of payment no reply when I chat with the bot no help. This company is a **** and just take your money. I hate this company. You cannot call them when you email no one replies. I have requested that a manger calls me back no call. My next step is going to the ombudsman
