locked phone after payment

i paid 2 days ago and yet they tried to debit my account and they locked my phone. how does it work?i pay ahead of time and yet i am cut from my phone. this is the worst company because i pay and yet i am treated like a defaulter. i dont want apologies because this happens over a christmas period. now i need facts. i need 1 month free service, or something that can relive my pain for the inconvience it caused me. someone needs to taake resposibility and it wont be me
