Lack of Integrity

Got a drone from Rentoza. Delivery went well, only to find that the previous owner had obviously dropped the drone as the propellers attached were mauled (all 4). Mind you, the advert doesn't say it's a recon or second hand, so I reported this and got no response. Another set of propellers were in the drone box, so I attached them and waited until I get to some open space. Fast forward, after some weeks, I get a chance to hit the fields, and having flown a lot of times with other drones before, I fired it up, and the drone went out of control and crashed. So they tried to debit my account still, without addressing the issue at hand. Suddenly, I get a final payment request, and then the lawyers were on me.

I spoke to someone on WhatsApp. They said I should open an insurance case. I then again specified this was a second hand that was broken. Fast forward, 2 days later, a dude is at my workplace to collect the device without informing me. I announced my absence and then got a message that a ******** case will be opened against me. I'm keeping the old propellers as fingerprint evidence in case they try to pull a fast one. The lady told me they tested before deployment but clearly this didn't happen.

If you're going to get something from them, check and test your product in their presence.
