Lack of communication / awaiting order

From what I can see everyone is having an issue with communication and not getting there orders on time from this company, i am currently in the same boat awaiting for my order and at least the way bill to track my order everything was verified on the 16/01/25 they gave me estimated time of arrival on the 07/02/25, my order number is Order #221277 , please can you ensure that I get this on the ETA otherwise i will be back to leave more reviews and 1 stars , I will be lenient at 3 for now
