KEEPING CLIENTS HAPPY:(

Not so long ago I was singing praises of how they were of good assistance when placing an order ,but the whole thing took a 360 degrees turn on me they promised /it states that the dispatch takes between 5-10 to happen ok I waited without any form of communication from them ,unless I check on them.its now day 15 nothing at my door step or communication from them WHAT IS HAPPENING ??/
