Kaak Service

I've been renting a phone from Rentoza. However, on the 06th Month, they did credit my account and was surprised by messages and emails informing that they will come and collect the cell phone. Their Agents are always rude as if it's my fault. They didn't even give me a chance to deposit monies into their account / to make payment arrangements. Their service sucks and wouldn't recommend them to anyone, bogus company. I've been telling them to come and collect their device, but they fail to do so.
