Just do what they want

They dont listhen to take debit order on the right date. 1stime im using them and hopeless. Then they sy i paid then they say otherwise. Dont know what to do as they said i paid but my laptop is blocked still and noone come back. Like on morr that 10 emails i say when to take money even used there link but still nothing. They not helpful at all
