Item not in stock refund

The worst company to deal with. I placed an order on around the 19/12/2025 and they didn't have problem with that knowing that the item that I wanted was out of stock. Later after a week I got told that the item is out of stock and without hesitation I request a refund for which it was around 30/12/2025 and until now(27/01/2026) I haven't had any refund and no clear communication to no communication at all.
