Item not delivered, no ETA, lies, data farmers.

Rentoza has the Nex Playground as in stock on their site, even currently. When I placed my order on the 11th of October I was assured it would be delivered within 7 days. Then I got an email to say they are sorry it's delayed and it will be here by the 24th. The email even said "rest assured that it will not be dispatched later than the specified timeframe" and now every couple of days I follow up and they say they have no stock and no ETA??? What am I even supposed to do with this?

This company is probably just farming personal information from people.
