Ita been 3 weeks

Ita been 3 weeks. No confirmation of a refund processed. They have been escalating and treating my refund with urgency for a whole three weeks! I dont mind waitin for the funds to clear on my back. Thats fine. Its crazy when its gonna tke more then 3 weeks to even give comfirmation of the refund actualy bieng processed.
