It was OKAY.

It was an overhaul good experience, the communication not 100%, there is room for improvement. Some agents are friendly while others not so much. They also dont have a contact number which I think is abit odd, since you have to send a message and wait for a response.

but out of everything my order arrived, with 5-7 days (as per the delivery information in the product)
