Poor service is an understatement - No service at ALL! I made the horrible mistake of submitting a purchase before reading the reviews. Just like the reviews say - my order was cancelled and I have been waiting for my refund since the beginning of September. I understand the screening process. However, why are you collecting payment before screening and approving the subscription? Create an application process and only debit payment once you have approved it. Furthermore, there is no communication during the verification process and no response when I enquire about the status of my refund.
