iphone11 locked

yhooo i don't know where to begin i ordered a iPhone 11 and when i got it last week Thursday 5th December 2024 it was locked and they gave me wrong passcode over and over I've tried even sent them emails each and every agent that works at rentonza can't do they job no can help I've never seen a company that doesn't have contact number nor technical support I regret the day i placed an order with that company they are ****mers now they want to debit me for device i got locked and is blocked for trying the passcode they gave me
