Insensitive and heartless service provider!!

I am currently going through hell with Rentoza. They took my son's money who is 18 and mentally ill and refuse to give us a refund. They have actually made a mockery of his condition, telling me to tell him to get his lawyer to call them.

Rentoza have also asked that I get my son, who is admitted at a Psychiatric Hospital to please call them! Rentoza said he committed ***** when he could not provide them with his 3 month bank statement and proof of address.

A mentally ill patient only committed ***** once his money was in their account!
