Inconvenience with regards to debit orders

Earlier this month Rentoza tried debiting my account for my cell phone, no called me or emailed me asking if i would be getting paid earlier which is totally unprofessional they just assumed ans tried debiting my account after numerous emails they responded by saying that they would leave my debit on the normal date which is the 25th, they did not debit my account yesterday which was a public holiday and its not my fault and today the phone is blocked with no email or call to say payment not received. I think they are unprofessional, and no customer service ethics. Can't wait for this term to be over.
