Inconsistent and whack service

Firstly Rentoza is only available when they want to harass you but they are never available when you need them .. they are too quick to block and threaten you with legal advice, they also feel comfortable to take extra money in your account without even checking first . I lost a phone last month and they were happy to assist me and even told me to pay the insurance Fee but after their consultant Nthabiseng was rude to me they decided that I will have to pay for a phone I don’t have. I am really disappointed at them .
