Incompetance from Rentoza

My previous experience with you guys was awesome but now you threaten to list me on ITC after I paid my three month subscription as per contract, and you guys failed to collect your parcel. I send emails and online chats on the website requesting you to come and collect your parcel which you never did. Now a month later you guys collected but want to ********ly debit my account. I will have non of this. Why must I pay for your incompetance!? Maybe you should check all comunications from me before sending me threatening emails. Go ahead and make my day. You are not untouchable.
