horrible customer service, confused procurement team, broken business model and zero i mean ZERO communication. ******* in disguise !!!!!!

i placed an order on the 20th of January 2025 and got approved and verified on the 22nd of January 2025. today its the 28 February 2025. i still have not received a waybill number and when i send emails it seems like im talking to a ghost, no response. this company should be regulated and put out of business they cannot keep their promises and they are operating with a very broken business model.

don't bother renting anything all the devices you see on their website are all probably out of stock they keep no inventory or backup your order will catch them by surprise and you will wait months and months with no feedback.
