******* in disguise

Rented an Iphone and the contract expired in Feb 2024 and a laptop which expired in September 2024. When we informed them, they advised us that we have to still pay a buyout fee and all the money they collected was now there's. They kept taking money from us even though they knew the contracts expired. When we try to call or watsapp or email you get absolutely no luck but instead they send you generic emails. They don't want to pay the money back or use the money that was paid to them as a buyout. They are taking money for nothing. The moment you miss a payment they are hounding you to come collect the items but when its your money owed to you they couldn't care less. The worst part is if your payment is not paid, they will lock the phone and laptop so you are unable to use it, this is ********* pure and simple. They are a huge company with a business license to ***** from the people. If you don't bring it up or pick up on it then they have no problem with collecting free money from hard working innocent people.
