I'm struggling to get my money back from rentoza after I canceled my order

On the 31 October 2020 I cancelled my order for washing machine then I requested to be refunded back my R800 then I got a response that says I will receive my money it will take 7 to 28 day to be on my bank account I've been waiting it's been 40 days now waiting for my refund , everytime when I do follow up they tell me that it's been processed but I never received my money , they said I must call my bank of which I did and my bank says there is no money that was transferred to my account, I really dont know what's going on with this company or I'm being ****med
