Ignored emails

When it comes to threats and getting their stuff they're very quick. I tried to be patient with Rentoza, sent numerous emails, whatsapps very politely asking about the status of an order I placed almost 2 weeks ago. Nobody cares to reply. I have had such bad experience with them for a year but I tried to keep being patient and give them the benefit of the doubt. Rentoza if you're short staffed, make a plan but don't give customers that have entrusted you over a period of time a hard time like this. It's not okay.
