If you can avoid them, please do

I bought two items in December 2024 and one item was only delivered as the other item was out of stock. Which was not even communicated all they told me was that the items will be delivered i must be patient and this was in Feb 2025. I have since requested a refund and this was two months back and they keep on telling me i will get my refund. They requested that i send them my bank statements to show that i subscribed for an item and also that i didn't get my refund on 25 March because on their system the refund was processed . I sent all required documents. And now they are ignoring me including their consultant Bandile who is now also ignoring my calls.
