I want my refund of R920

There is one thing I am going to say regarding Rentoza honestly,I would not recommend them at all and they are very unprofessional and ********* as a company as I haven't received my refund since my order has been canceled on the 5th of January and they been saying they are going to escalate the matter until today mo communication at all and I will take this to the Ombudsman.Their email address ***
