I WANT MY REFUND!

I am so frustrated and disappointed in your service! You make people pay before verification and decide they don't qualify afterwards, without doing any credit check. You don't give clients clarity on anything! You make people wait longer for refunds wheras you took their money in seconds! I've been doing follow ups and different agents are giving me different lame excuses! I am so hurt! I want my money ASAP. I shouldn't be giving you any star. Should anyone need to rent anything, please don't consider Rentoza, they will **** you and leave you crying like I am as I write this!!!
