I placed an order on 22 February, and payed my first payment on the same day

I placed an order on 22 February, and payed my first payment on the same day. Order was cancelled on 25 February. Their policy says 6-12 working days for a refund to be processed. It is now 14 April, and I have still not received a refund even after countless emails, phone calls etc.
