I need to report this company

I need to report this company, from false adverti*****t, to reciving the phone way after the time scale now to getting an old damaged phone instead of new phone. I've requested to speak to a manager a number of times still no assistance. Issues are forever being escalated. The worst thing is ever going to this company. If I knew I would have saved my money and bought the phone cash. This company needs to close down I don't know how south Africa can allow such ****s to run a company. They broke all the rules around the rights of consumers. The company as a whole needs to be investigated
