I feel Like I am being ****med by rentoza

I have paid for my order and it want me to verify myself. I am trying to upload documents but it still goes to same page. I feel like I have been ****med because I have already paid R2300. Why cant they verify the user first before they take their money? I feel they do this so that you can be the one who run behind them
